What Is The Dress Code? We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire (see link below). Bright summer-time colors are encouraged! Please avoid jeans/denim & shades of white! Please also consider weather. We recognize that a summer wedding may get a little hot. We would love for everyone to look their best and be comfortable.

Can I Bring A Guest/Date? We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your wedding invitation indicates that you've received a plus one, you can enter the name of your guest when you RSVP! Please contact us if you would like to substitute an invited guest named on your invitation.
Are Kids Allowed? Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourselves!
When Do We Need To RSVP By? Please RSVP by DATE, using the RSVP tab in the menu, or the RSVP button located on the Home page. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
What Do I Do If I Can't Make It? You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
What Time Should I Arrive? The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
Where Do I Park? Our venue has free on-site parking. For guests staying at the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel alongside the wedding party, there will be a complimentary shuttle to and from Downingtown Country Club!
Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony? We are having an unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Will There Be An Open Bar? Yes, the drinks are on us! Along with the open bar, our signature drinks will be available so you can experience our favorite drinks! Guests not staying at the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel alongside the wedding party are highly encouraged to utilize ride sharing apps (Uber/Lyft) or dedicate someone as a designated driver. If you're attending, we want you to enjoy yourselves and also make it home safely.
Will The Wedding Be Indoors or Outdoors? The ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors with access to an outdoor patio.
